Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Corner IQ (the app at trackengineer.kindofabigdill.com) and this site, both operated by Kind of a Big Dill LLC ("Kind of a Big Dill," "we," "us"). By using Corner IQ, you agree to them.
The service
Corner IQ provides satellite track maps with corner logging, RaceBox and AiM Solo telemetry import and analysis, AI-generated session notes (the "AI Race Engineer"), a setup logger, and club/event leaderboards. Some features require an account; some require a paid tier.
Racing is dangerous — read this part
Corner IQ is a reference and analysis tool, not a coach, mechanic, or safety system. AI Race Engineer notes, corner tags, and setup suggestions are generated from the data you provide and are informational only — they are not professional racing, mechanical, or safety advice, and we don't verify them for accuracy before you see them. Track riding and racing carry inherent risk of injury or death. You are solely responsible for your own riding, your equipment, and your safety decisions. Never rely on the app instead of your own judgment, a qualified mechanic, or official track/event rules.
Accounts and access
- Free trial — 7 days, full access, no card required.
- Continued access — arranged directly with us after the trial. Contact bigdillengineering@gmail.com.
- Club & Event — unlocked through a club or event code issued by an organizing club, at their discretion.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Billing
Corner IQ is not selling subscriptions at the moment. The 7-day trial is free and takes no card, and access past the trial is arranged directly with us — so there is nothing recurring to cancel and nothing to refund.
If that changes, the billing terms will be set out here before any charge can be made, and no existing account will be charged without being asked first.
Your content
You keep ownership of the corner notes, setup logs, and telemetry data you create or import. By using an account-connected feature, you let us store and display that content back to you across your devices, and — for event/leaderboard results specifically — to other participants and the organizing club of that event. We don't use your content to train models or share it with anyone else.
Acceptable use
Don't: attempt to break or reverse-engineer the app, redeem club/event codes you weren't given permission to use, submit telemetry or results that aren't your own to a leaderboard, or use the service in any way that disrupts it for other racers.
Disclaimer of warranties
Corner IQ is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app, its track library, or its AI-generated notes will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kind of a Big Dill LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Corner IQ, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from track riding or racing activity, whether or not informed by anything the app showed you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using Corner IQ at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, including leaderboard misuse or attempts to compromise the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top when these terms change. Continuing to use Corner IQ after a change means you accept the update.
